can any one help me in cooling down my PC

when idle temperature of my cpu is about 50c and when it's working temp shoots above 70C and sometimes above 75c i am afraid i may fry my pc can any one help me how to cool my pc.....CHEAP!!
i have on one fan installed in my pc that's over my processor
fan speed 3445rpm(average)
should i install more fans in my cpu will that help effectiveyl

Also get atleast 1 intake and 1 exhust case fan and make shure that you have good airflow. "make shure you keep all the cables inside the pc case night and neat and not likes a rats nest"
