can anyone help??????

this is a scan from highjack this i am an online gamer and i keep getting booted off con sometell me if i am infected or if anyone can offer me suggestions to fix this?i have updated the bios and scanned in safe mode with
spybot
adaware
cws remover
stinger and few others i forget and alos looked for trojans with trojan finders but have nothing left to check with?

If you updated the bios did you go into the setup and restore the defaults then save and exit dont know if that will fix your prob but thought I would ask
