can Graphic Card be repaired NEED HELP!

I'm using MSI nx6600 diamond edition for 1yr.

for the last 6/7 days, whenever i try to play any game (cod4, gtasa) etc, it runs on lowest graphics, after some time few dots appears on the screen then after passing about 1/2 an hour, all the graphic become irregular and become invisible on some places. Then Game freezes after about 1 hr. then systems restars if i tried to play any of game again. mem32type games and without playing games, system runs ok.

I want to know that....

1. What is the reason of that.
2. Is it possible to correct the problem.

sounds like the heatsink'fan is dirty. try blowing out heatsink and fan (if it has one ) and also check to make sure fan spins up. If not there are aftermarket solutions.also you can leave the side off and blow a fan at the card and try to play.if it stays on you know heat is definately the problem
