can i delete these files

i need some help cann anyone tell me if i can delete these files which were found using disc clean up 2003?

 

Hard to say without know what files it's flagged. .tmp, .chk, and some others are always safe to delete, but 3rd party cleaner utilities, whether file or registry cleaners, ocassionally try to remove something that you actually need. Does that program allow you to archive, or save, the files you choose to delete? If so, do that, and spend some time running all your programs. If everything works fine for a week or so, go back in & empty the saved files permanently.

why not
when you make a post scroll down under the text box click manage attachments then browse your machine for the file and press upload

unless of course its over 80kb then you will have to resize it first

check your pm

ok sniper i had to crop it and resize 2.3 mb was toooo big

 

my picture size what i wont to upload is 2.25mb 2 big i guess

ok yeah and i would just follow the advice posted earlier save these files somewhere safe for a week and if no problems wipe them out completely
