Can I run my computer mic through my USB???

    Hi. I'm having an awful time with my computer mic. It seems no one is able to hear me. I was wondering if there is a way or a device I can add that will allow me to plug my computer mic into my USB ports. They seem to be working fine. Thanks. Matthew.

    it won't happen.

    did you look in the sound properties, see if the mic volume is turned up??

    in some cases, some mic pins are not compatible with some sound devices.

    some mic pins won't go deep enough to 'connect' properly.
    try some other mics

    also. on the sound properties/volume control there might be an advanced option under the mic volume slider, check the box that says mic boost.
