Can i run this video card in my pc?

just bought a new compaq link below the psu says 250w thats the only thing im worried about

heres the video card im getting (just need something to play some older games decent)

I can't work out what the graphics port on that pc is, be it pci-x or agp. So whatever it is, make sure the card is the same.

I don't see how that pc has 250W of power, surely it should have more???

 

its x16 pci express i know all that info just cant seem to find what wattage psu the x700 pro requires

 

it has PCI Express x16 but cant find the wattage that video card requires ether maybe contact ASUS and they can tell you

 

x700 pro requires 36W of power, according to various power supply calculators on the net.

 

ok so how much power would my system be using now?

Celeron D 356 3.33ghz
1 gig ddr2 pc4200
120gb sata hdd
pci modem (though its not being used ill prob pull it out)
1 case fan
