Can I See History

Seriously, I may just be a nervous stereotyping but Lenova just sent a guy from Nigeria over to my house to replace the motherboard....

First time, motherboard was used and he left it in laptop. He did replace the screen.
Next time, he replaces and he was acting a bit mysteriously and nervous, he kept turning laptop away from me acting like he needed better glasses and couldn't see the screen... sadly I was watching 2 little kids and had to leave the room twice.
Is there any way to look at activity of what he did?
He was here for 2.5 hours just replacing a motherboard.
He had a thumbdrive in the laptop and said it was to do the updates....

So can I check history to see if he copied anything?

Lenovo just replaced my mobo in a T460P, took 2 hrs too. The screen didn't work, then keyboard didn't work, so he took it apart again, then the trackpoint mouse was not working, so he took it apart again.. called his service desk.. and so on.. after the reassembly again it all started working. I have corporate service and the guy was from IBM - the USB key is so they can change the serial number and other info on the motherboard. That needs to be done so they can track your service & if you use any software, Bitlocker, or such that uses a hardware ID, the "hardware" will be the same.
As far as what else he might of done.. not really.. look at file times and browser history?
