   question is on the title. And once the mouse is malfunctioned by either virus or malware, does that make mouse permanently malfunctioned, or will the mouse still work properly on another PC with no infection?

   I have never heard of malware affecting the mouse. Have you tried a different mouse?

   yea different mouse is working perfectly. But I dumped that malfunctioned mouse without trying it on another PC, so I am really curious.
