2 weeks ago my printer (HP PS c6480) was misbehaving. I uninstalled software and was unable to reinstall. After way to many attempts at rescue from HP fixes and workarounds. I threw in the towel. Unplugged and disconnected. Alas I am now unable to access my desktop except in safemode. I have run all malware removal tools as directed inthe malware sticky and am attaching the files. Please get PC back to normal. Thank you for your time and dedication.

Not according to your log. They are all clean. I don't know what you have done over the last two weeks with HP but there is nothing in the way of real malware to remove. Just some junkware from Zynga Toolbar. Too bad you disabled System Restore, you may have been able to use it to fix your problem.

I suggest that you post in the Software Forum. You need to describe in detail your problem with booting in normal mode. Perhaps a startup repair may help.

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go back to step 4 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
