Can not get rid of Core.cache.dsk--Help

I have tried several times to rid myself of this malware with little success. Can someone get me started in the right direction?

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. The scans you are asked to do will remove some of this infection and the logs will allow us to look at what still needs to be done. Please be sure that Spybot's Teatimer is disabled and that your computer is in msconfig normal startup mode. There are instructions regarding both of these.
