Are you using IE ?? Have you gone into the Services and checked if Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Automatic Update is started ??

Hey zigipsm, welcome to Mgs. :)
Have you recently cleansed your system off malware. As malware can have the effects you are facing.
My unqualified deduction of the Farbar log is as under.

Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) is definitely not running although it's start up type is enabled. By default its Automatic( delayed) on Win7.

Same case with the Windows Auto update.

What security suite are you using, as Windows Firewall is disabled?

Looks like issues connecting to the net and a proxy enabled on IE. tcpip.sys did not get an MD5 legit result.

The above are my unqualified deductions of the log.

I'd head over to the Read and Run Me.

Get the requested logs after following all the directions. Start a new thread in Malware Removal and Attach the logs.

    Cheers..
