Can Open web pages

If there is a power failure and system suddenly shuts down while we are browsing internet with mozilla firefox n later when we start firefox again the closed web pages open again same in google chrome also:drool but damn there is nothing like this in Internet explorer but its the best browser what i have seen till now, iam using Internet explorer 7 and mozilla firefox 3.6.3 and google chrome 9. Could we configure anything like this is Internet explorer, if any ideas plz share here:-o
