Can some help please?

    hi there..
    im having a problem with my computer!!!!
    eg: pop ups, i think its a virus
    i was wondering if anyone can help me!!!!!!!

    i have ran Spybot - Search And Destroy it has found 19 problems

    these are the results

    comand service - 3 entries
    Look2me.topconverting - 1 entries
    MaxSearch - 2 entries
    MediaMotor - 1 entries
    Smitfraud-C - 6 entries
    Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify - 1 entries
    Windows Security Center.AntiVirusOverride - 1 entries
    Windows Security Center.FirewallDisableNotify - 1 entries
    Windows Security Center.FirewallOveride - 1 entries
    Windows Security Center.SP2Upadate - 1 entries
    Windows Security Center.UpdateDisableNotify - 1 entries

    I go to fix problems on Spybot it says they are fixed but when I run Spybot again the same problems are there

    i have also ran Ad-Adware se
    and the same kinda deal..
    they just wont go away

    i attached the scan log
    If anyone has any helpful solutions it would be much appriciated

    Run these tools and guides

    Look2Me VX2 Removal

    Then please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis


    When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
    • Bitdefender
    • Panda Scan
    • HijackThis
