Can somebody review the HJT log, Having repeated problems of popups

I have followed the basic steps of spyware removal 3- 4 times now with no results whatsoever.

I have also tried TrojanScan online scan, Trend Micro's Free Online Virus Sca, a-squared 30 day trial-version scan but the problems still persist.

I have attached the results of the last scan with this msg in the file Results_scan.pdf.

The HijackThis log is also attached herewith.

I will really appreciate if somebody can kindly help me fix the problem.?
It has been almost a week now that I have been working on only this.
