Wait, check the file that you did download, Double Click it, they use their interigated download manager, it will download then install the game for you! :)

I have Avast aswell, it said the same for me but I just override avast, the download manager that they use it what is being detected as adware, also their download manager is like flashget/getright, in the sense it can resume, so you can download a certain amount per your requirement.

dont you just hate it when computers get mad at you? lol now windows wont let me open the file saying i dont have permission. lmao i am the admin on this computer i have rights to every file and never had it say that before maybe i should just shot it and get it over with. i will try downloading it again but to my other hard drive and see what happens.

Disable Avast completely (Right click on the avast Icon, STOP ON ACCESS PROTECTION).. Then re-download the file to a new location, aka My Documents, then it should be fine, avast may have disabled permission to the file originally when it said it was adware..

Remember to re-enable avast once your download is complete!!

    HEHE! :D

Wrong person to say that too, I am just as guilty, except I went without one for a shorter lenght of time, and got HEAPS of infections! If it wasn't for the guys here, I wouldn't have a PC right now, I was 2 inches from throwing it through the front glass door, just to relieve my anger, then I was going to beat it with a rusty screwdriver, just to get that hardy vengence look on my face! :D

As for ya question though, um, Activate avast again just for good measurement, when it detects the file when you run it, Tell it to ignore and do nothing! :) That way when you resume it won't keep annoying you.

If it causes problems with the download, or the file again, just repeat all the above, but keep avast disabled while you get the game!
