Can someone find me a moniter

A 15" (17" if its possible) flatscreen monitor for about £120 (would love it to be under a 100 if possible as im on a low budgit) and has 12ms or less. UK sites only please.

It's olny fair to warn you that in my opinion these cheap monitors are not very eye-friendly and some of them can have alot of dead pixels.
