You have a Smitfraud infection. Give the steps in the below a run:

SpywareStrike, Smitfraud, SpySheriff, SpyAxe & PSGuard Removal

Post the smitfiles.txt log and also run PandaActiveScan (as requested) and attacht the log from it too.

Have HJT fix the below line if still found:

    O2 - BHO: RandomName - {e0103cd4-d1ce-411a-b75b-4fec072867f4} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\hp5CB9.tmp

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\hp5CB9.tmp

Reboot into normal mode and attach a new HJT log. How are things working now?

See the title of the link I gave you in message number 2 again.

According to the smitfiles.txt log, SpywareStrike was found and fixed. Are you still having a problem with it. If so, please describe the problems.

Check your c:\windows\system32 folder for a file named netwrap.dll.
    Do you see it?

Also do you see a folder names c:\Program Files\Spyware Strike

    You're welcome.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to go back to step 1 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points. Then reboot and enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.

After that, you should work thru the below link:
