I don't know if I came to the right forum if I did not please if you will redirect me, I have been having a terrible time starting myMozzila fire fox browser, it actually won't start I am very frustrated..............
I go and tap on my firefox browser and it will come up with and error,saying
with a BIG RED X: Runtime error Program C:/ProgramFiles/Mozzilla Fire Fox/FireFox.XE.
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please what does this mean and how can I fix it.................

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis

In HJT Choose Open the Misc Tools Section choose Process Manager, Highlight:

Choose Kill Process

Now Run HijackThis. Click the 'Do a system scan only' button. Place a checkmark in the box next to the following lines:

Click on the 'Fix checked' button. Wait for HijackThis to finish; close HijackThis.

Boot to Safe Mode.

Open Windwos Explorer and Delete the following:

Run CCleaner

Boot to Normal Mode

Look in Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel for Zango. If you don't find it, please let me know.

 

No there is no Zango in my add remove program, I was talking about java I removed it but I don't know which one to take can you please be more specific?Thanks again

If it is just Firefox; uninstall, reboot, and install.

 

I tried to uninstal mozzila fire fox it will not go away?? I tried to remove it from my add remove program it will not go.............I work too, I don't have all day to sit in front of my computer also, I understand, but my computer is how I put food on my table sorry, for being a pain.

If it won't uninstall from Add or Remove look in the Windows Directory for UninstallFirefox. If that won't run; edit the registry as indicated, reboot then go back and remove the directories indicated in the directions.

OK, your problem isn't Malware related. You should post in the Software Forum about this issue. Make sure you include the entire error messege. The one posted here seems to be incomplete.
