Can Two programs be intergrateded into one

This question in regards to DVD coping software and decryption programs
For example can I Intergrate DVD43FREE or DVD Decrpter with I Copy DVDs 2 or even Nero?
If so How?
Would I open program (setup) to same folder as I Copy DVDs 2 ?

In a word, no. Not really. What you could do is set up a batch file which will process the DVD using one program, then use the result of it to burn onto a dvd using nero. It might mean looking up a fair few command line options so you can work out how to automate them to an extent.

 

Well, it can be done, but the solution is pretty much "start your development tools".
