Cannont download MGTools

    I am trying to work through the Windows Vista clean up page, but I am stuck on downloading MGTools. I have disabled UAC, disabled my antivirus, but it will not let me download it anywhere on my computer. I either get a user admin error, so I turned the UAC off. When I turn off the antivirus (AVG), it directs me to a totally different page that will not let it download at all.

    Is there another work around to get this file downloaded?

    Running Windows Vista, 32-bit operating system.

    The only two suggestions is to try it in safe mode or download to another computer and transfer via cd.
