Cannot boot after Win Defender removed Alureon.J

Hey gang, seems like a common thing that users follow the steps to run Windows Defender Offline, only to end up asking for help here when the machine won't boot!

I followed the Farbar steps listed on another thread and am attaching my FRST.txt file. I would appreciate it if someone could take a look and help me out before I resort to a full system wipe.

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now boot into normal Windows can continue with the below.

No, I think everything is fine now. System is back to running smoothly and an AntiVirus scan no longer shows Alureon.
