Cannot connect to the internet out of a sudden

    Hi guys,

    here is the current state i am in. I am using my internet and my com hangs.

    After i restarted, suddenly, my computer seems unable to log on to the internet.
    I absolutely did not touch any of my configuration. I had similar prob last time which i solved by reformatting, however, i am really curious why such a thing keeps occurring over a span of 4 months.

    Attached is my HJT log. Do advise.

    and now the com is so slow that i have to wait a minute to scroll down the hijack this log...

    Do please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    Your Hijackthis log is from Safe Mode, we do require a full HJT log run from normal mode, so do please run through the guide below, BUT also run this WinSock XP Fix 1.2 and try the internet again.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
    • Bitdefender
    • Panda Scan
    • HijackThis
