Cannot delete file?

    Hi all.
    Got a problem deleting a file.
    Tried safe mode, I get the same message which is

    Cannot delete flt-pes8.iso: It is being used by another...............etcetc

    Any clues

    Thanks for the response.
    I think I have sussed it. I used search to find out where the file was running.
    I shall grab that util anyway as it looks handy!
