cannot delete file

Hello, how to delete that files: i was tried but didn't. i installed today spybot to search and destroy a spy programs if it is installed on pc but during a installation iobit malware fighter block it, but i gave ALLOW that was my mistake, after finished installing PC imadiately shut down and blue screen appear with the counter 100 after turn on, i suspect it was virus i unistall it from control pannel but in program file there remain that dll files which is shown in attached link. pls help me what to do.
