Cannot delete folder

I downloaded this from some software site, and this was supposed to be a winamp plus v 5.31, but the problem is that i can't open, edit, remove, do anything else with the folder. I tried many ways, but none have worked so far. This folder was in a zip compressed archive when i downloaded it, and wherever i unzip it, it's un-editable and un-removable after being unzipped. What solution/software do you suggest i could use? I guess i could do it with cmd or in safe mode, but I do not posses enough knowledge for cmd and my safe mode won't start. I am willing to provide any other information required, and I will be waiting for a reply. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I also tried scanning it with various anti-spyware programms and anti-viruses, nothing works.
