Cannot download your smart killer

Each time I download your smart killer(v1/v2) and open and try to run it, it says I dont have the files to run with it. Whats up! I have a Emachine (T1090) with 900 mhz processor, running windows xp, 512mb memory, 56k. Nothing special.

Whats the error? Many smnall files require the VB^ runtime:

Padon me for not reading the note which said CoolWWWSearch.smartkiller (v1/v2 has not been found on your sytem. Which I now interpet as saying I dont have coolsearch adwarre? If thats true for some reason when I had run spybot in the past (which i got rid of) it all ways got hung up when it came to that lingo on the scan and would not go any further! Im asuming after running your smart killer it is telling me I dont have it (coolsearch adware) or what ever it is. Thanks for your help
