Cannot enter text in IE 6.0

I have been battling malware and trying to update for some time now. On my primary (owner) user account in XP everything appears to work properly. On a secondary account (my wife's) you cannot enter text into search bars or other areas in Internet Explorer 6.0. Further, certain programs, such as McAfee and iTunes will not install and run properly. Please help! I have run the read me first and have attached the HJT log that was scanned on the wife's account. Please advise.

Before attach HijackThis logs ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support need to be run. However not that just glancing at your HJT log I see no malware. That does not mean you are malware free, it just means HJT does not show any. Your issues sound more like you are a little confused on how things work. You are probably in the wrong forum.

Based on your HJT log McAfee is installed and running. You don't need to install it in each account. You only install it once in an administrator account and have it run for all users. Only the administrator can update it and configure it.

The same may be true for iTunes (I don't use it). I also see it running in your log.

Again none of these topics belong in this forum. The Software Forum would be more appropriate.
