    So we're done then?
    for today.
Your router has only three addresses to give and they are taken and don't expire.
You have MAC address filtering setup for your three comps.
I just have to figure out why the one gives the other the boot when encryption is enabled.
    Cool?

    Hey topkat,
I've looked at the manuals for the various devices and can't find any reason that
they shouldn't work together, IF we get the settings right.(he say's fingers crossed).

So if I were there, here is what i'd do.

    With both wireless PC's off

    On the router interface,
    turn encryption back on
    turn broadcast SSID back on
make sure access point mode is off
    make sure NAT is on
authentication is set to shared key

    Boot up the Airlink PC
On the comp with the Airlink,
make sure the network type is set to infrastructure
authentication is set to shared key
open a browser, make sure it surfs normaly
    leave it turned on

    Now boot the laptop,
    On the laptop,
make sure network type is infrastructure
    authentication is shared key
make sure correct key is entered same as other PC and router
View available wireless networks (hopefully you see your network SSID)
select and connect to this network

Hopfully as you went down the list something needed to be changed,
    and now it works.
Let me know either way what happens.

    Bad out.

Hey Bad I did see your last post and I will try it as soon as I can kick my neices off their computer one day this week it has been very hectic for me the last couple of days I let you know what happens but I do believe that shared key may be the culprit because they are both set to key # 1 or open system.
