Cannot get rid of Abetear A

Hi I'm new on here and could really do with someones help, please!!!

I have Abetear A on my computer.

I am with Virgin Media and am using PC Guard which keeps flashing up on the screen that it has found Abetear A but it cannot delete it. It also gives me the location in Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\enum\...\legacy_domainservice

I have been there and cannot see it!!Only two other items.

I have downloaded Vundofix and ran that, it found other things which I deleted but didn't find or get rid of Abetear A.

Is there anyway to get this malware off my computer?

I would be grateful for any advice.
