Cannot get rid of pop-ups

Hijackthis log on its own sadly will not highlight all malware on a PC, if your infected its generally likely that you have a few malwares and not just one, so this scan on its own is limited and if not run as per our guide steps ( in renaming the Hijackthis.exe ) will not show some of the newer malwares which hide themselves from Hiajckthis, so to actively clean your PC of malwares we will need you to follow the below and attach all the requested logs.

Best steps are to please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
