cannot get rid of virtualmonde aka Vundu (i think)

Hi there,
I have tried everything in the "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" link but still couldn't get rid of "virtualmonde" malware. Spybot Search & Distroy finds this in every scan, fix it and then it comes back in the next scan

I have followed all the steps including running the PC in safe mode etc so that logs attached with this post are not too long and confusing.

Please help me in getting rid of this malware.
