What exactly happens when you try to install Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 X64?
And which Windows are you using?

I'm using Windows 10... Actually I recently updated to Windows 10 from 7 back in November.

Here's a link for a new log I got from Visual Studio Community 2013 software:

Why does the last error point you to a separate storage device? When they were writing the installer, how could that have come up? Maybe there is some quirky way to add to the installation.

Do you know how to unpack the installer? If you can unpack the installer to a flash drive or something, maybe the installer will find something it's not able to access in the normal installer. Just a crazy guess. You do have the option to Browse to find a source. Maybe if there is something there it will somehow work...

I just noticed there is a 2015 version of this. Could this work?

When extracting the installer using 7zip into a folder, it only looks like this: http://s27.postimg.org/w2xblh2lr/c_7zip.jpg

The 2015 version I can install without any problem, but the issue still exist, since the games (even new games) I try to install/Run ""REQUIRES"" the 2013 version, and that's the only one I cannot install... Even Steam tries to install it after downloading a game, and it fails.

Have you tried installing from the extracted .exe. Maybe it will work. Worst that happens is that it doesn't...

As you can see on the screenshot, I doesn't give me any extracted .exe, 7zip doesn't even manage to extract everything, it comes with message saying: "Warnings: There are some data after the end of the payload data

Yeah, sorry, this might be unclear... What I did was move the installer (.exe) into a new folder, and try extract that file "vcredist_x64" ... And it only extracted the files shown in the folder/screen shot u2, u3, u4 etc. and then the extraction progress stop at approxlimately 80%.

Why are you using 7-Zip? That's an executable, not an archive.
    Double-click vcredist_x64.exe.

Ah. OK. I didn't notice that. Well, that explains your problem. The installer is not fully extracting.

Try your security settings. Look in your security a-v logs and check if there have been any file protection blocks or behavior blocks. Also, check the quarantine just to be sure. If you don't see anything, I recommend turning off your a-v and trying. If you have a firewall, turn it off too. It's only for a short time, and maybe it will work. You can turn them right back on.

Another thing you could do is boot into safe mode with networking (just in case the installer phones home for a download). Part of me thinks this could be the problem. Something could be blocking a net connection. MS is famous for their well-intended error messages that don't describe the problem 100% accurately.

    Safe mode in W10:

Dude, double clicking on it will just run the installer, and installing it isn't working, that's the whole issue... Now AtlBo asked if I could try unpack the installer, and that's what I tried ^^

    Eldon...

Some .exes can be extracted too. You just have to right click on the .exe to see if the option is available. That means that there are bundled items in the installer...

Here is an example of an installer that can be extracted:

Comodo Internet Security is an .exe as seen in the properties, but then there is the option to extract (WinRAR on this PC or 7ZIP or whatever) on the right click menu of the installer. I didn't show, but I extracted this a couple of days ago into a folder and was able to install without all the add on offers...installing only the CIS module of the bundle...

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 is not compatible with Windows 10.

Oh...OK. I guess MS haven't gotten around to explaining that with the error message. They usually do or at least it seems they have in the past. Hmmm. Seems some gamers will be stuck...

This is not true, because all my mates has Windows 10, and they all have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 running and working for them. And they are playing the same games requires this. ... So it has to be a problem with "my" compyter.

Another funny thing is, games I got installed from the time Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 was still running and working on my computer, are still working! Like Battlefield 4... Although when I launch the game, I get several error codes saying "MSVCP120.dll is missing on the computer"... But when I just click them away, the game will run anyway. And of course I have googled MSVCP120.dll and "of course" it's related to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013.
Also, Natural Selection 2, I could install and run without having to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013, even though it asked for it, that it says it needs it to run.

    Kjer...

So, in other words, you can't install anything that requires 2013 (or it won't run without it or it requires it to be there and then tries to install it), and some previous games have been affected. Some other games have been unaffected that are already on the PC (more or less). Is this what you are saying? Also, you haven't heard of any complaints from friends?

In your list of installed programs is the 2013 version of MSVC++ listed as installed? Apologies if you already said so...
