Cannot Open certain files(?)

    :)W/7 home premium will not open certain files/downloads and leaves the

    message:" windows cannot find-c:\program files(x86)\fileserve

    manager\filemanager.exe".

    I have no idea what this means. Can someone help a newbie? I have many files

    to open. This started about 1 week ago. Using chrome not ie9. Thanks in

    advance.

    You need to specify what kind of files you cannot open.

    Some files need additional programs to be installed, e.g. .PDF files need a PDF viewer installed.

    Make sure that Windows Explorer shows the file type (extension), so you know the full file name.

    not a solution, but similar problem
    Cannot open a .GWC file, from Garmin GPS system!
