cannot open outlook or intranet through vpn

    cannot open outlook or intranet through vpn

    I am trying to open outlook and the intranet but I cannot while logged on through VPN.

    I should say the user cannot.

    I am a administrator, I can get to the intranet and outlook in vpn on the user's laptop.

    I have looked at all of the settings in AD and still cannot find the problem.

    Please help.
