Cannot remove Virtumonde Please Help!

Hello. Like many users in this forum, I am having trouble removing Virtumonde. I have run Ad-Aware 2007 (doesn't pick anything up), VundoFix (found several .dlls to delete) and SpyBot (finds several registry records every time) many time over to no avail. I have also downloaded HiJackThis, and have pasted in the log below. My apologies if I have done this prematurely. I've spent way too many hours on this over the last week. Please help if you can!

Run these steps first Virtumonde aka Trojan Vundo Removal - some people also refer to this as WinFixer

Then run the below and attach the logs requested
