Cannot run anti products

:cryHi, I have found that I cannot run Spybot, FxMyDoom, Hijack this, Defrag. Can you help steer me in the right direction. I recently installed AVG Antivirus, which finds no problems.

Thanks for the advice guys. I followed the instructions, but none of the software suggested will even run. I found a tmp file in "Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Temp which is DF7DA7.tmp". I checked with AVG, and it is described at "Trojan Horse Generic13.BNQQ"

 

Thanks. I have a slightly different problem now. I decided to do a Windows XP repair. It locks up looking for a driver (which happens to be in the Local Settings where the trojan is located). Now I cannot get into windows at all. I installed a window in a new folder, but cannot get into the files in my old account. If I must, Ill install another primary drive and copy the files on the new one. Is there a way to cancel a Windows XP repair?

 

That is what I figured, but I needed a larger Primary drive. I partioned this drive several years ago. I like to get a fresh start occasionally. I guess this is an occasion. Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.
