cannot run any programs

ok so i cannot run any programs on my laptop! everytime i try to run anything like malware bytes, combo fix, itunes, try to get into cmd anythign i get this error "file path, then it says not a valid win 32 app.! ive booted into safe mode idk any help please?

 

first try running chkdsk to see if any parts of your harddrive are currupt and then post if this helped and well go further from there

 

ty for trying to help me but no that would not of worked i could not run anything at all not even cmd but i got it fixed thanks though!
