Cannot run ComboFix

I shutdown all of the protection software I could think of and renamed the desktop file. When I go to start and select run and copy/paste I get this error:

Windowc annot find 'C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\desktop\combo-fix.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click Search.

I performed all the readme steps prior to combofix. I'm assuming I should stop until we figure out how to run combofix?

Ok, I finished the run and readme.

I'm working on my dad's computer so I'm not sure what he was doing at the time he started having problems as he doesn't remember doing anything differently.

He was having problems with Antivirus 2009. . . popups telling him he was infected and needed to purchase software. When I ran Super AntiSpyware, that problem seemed to have gone away. I could NOT run the combofix program, so am thinking all the problems aren't solved. I'm attaching the requested logs (minus the combofix since I couldn't get it to work) so y'all can check them over and tell me of any additional problems you may see.

I'm confused how he could get a virus because he has AVG and also Spyware Blaster.
