I have the windows vista 32 bit os.

This is my first time trying to use mgtools.
i click on getlogs.bat and the black screen shows up for a brief second--- i managed to see that it says "32 bit windows os not found"

any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

You need to first follow all the instructions here:
READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

Then follow the instructions for Vista!

Then start a thread in the malware forum and attach the requested logs to your post.

You double clicked on the C:\MGTools.exe? And are running it as administrator?

Start a thread in the malware forum. State your issues. Attach what logs you can do. This is not the forum for this. Did you try renaming MGTools.exe to MGTools.com?

oh ok thanks. i'm new here. Great, at least i know where to post my problems!
i just tried the ".com" thing, it didnt work either.

i won't be able to post logs and that would be a big problem.

the permission virus thing disabled hijack this and pretty much anything anti-virus.

ill repost in the forum page you sent me.

You can try running rootrepeal and in the MGTools folder, double click C:\MGtools\SN64.bat.
Attach both those logs. (In a Malware thread!) :)

I dont see that file in the folder.

I do have root repeal though that i downloaded.
it stalls and freezes up though when i try to erase things.
