   Have tried removal tool from avira and everything - Any other suggestions I get error code "failed to delete one or many keys" Thanks for any help

   What operating system are you using?
   
   A tool that is very good and can be used at three different settings is REVO Uninstaller
   
   You may need to reinstall Avira before using it though if it doesn't come up in your list of installed programs.
   
   It will search for registry keys and other traces of a program. I believe the freeware version only supports 32 bit Operating systems though.

   If Laura's suggestion doesn't work for you try this AppRemover: http://www.appremover.com/
   
   It supposedly detects and removes antivirus software etc. Read through the FAQ and info first. I haven't tried this app yet.
