cannot uninstall offer optimizer, search assistant, shopping wizard

whenever I open IE, I get a popup message "Only the Best" to buy a spyware!!! I found the problem is due to 3 installed programs, the ones in the titles but I cannot remove them and cannot fix the problem with any anti-spyware such as spybot or ad-aware. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks a lot

 

First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

After doing ALL of the above if you still have a problem:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the ZIP file as your backups will not be safely stored.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gifBefore running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next post. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post as it will be removed).

You have not ran the READ ME as previously requested. Go back to my previous post and run every step in the READ ME that applies to you.

Afterwards post a fresh HJT log.

You still have not comlpeted all of the steps in the READ ME. First you have not ran the online scans. Second, you havnt read closely because you still have your browser running while using HJT.

Now, run the below online scans:

TrendMicro Online Scan
Bitdefender online scan
RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
TrojanScan online scan
Panda Online Scan

After you have completed the above scans reboot and post a fresh HJT log.
