   I cannot uninstall Spybot S&D. I get the error message:
   "Crograms & Files\Spybot Search & Destroy\unins000.dat" file is corrupted. Cannot uninstall.
   
   I tried to download a clean copy, but installation hangs at "Creating registry entires" and refuses to complete installation.
   
   Any help would be greatly appreciated. As I am at my wits end.

   What version of Spybot did you have installed and what version are you trying to install?
   
   Have you tried reinstalling after booting in safe mode?
