Cannot use browser to get ccleaner

Hi I cannot even use my computer to finish the ccleaner and the read me first directions because my browser redirects me when I go to ANY webpage it's really frustrating not sure what to even do ..the browser says something about widgetlibrarypieces when it is tying to take me to the site but lik I mentioned I can't navigate or browse the net AT ALL to even get to a place where I can finish the read me first directions. Thanks for your help!

Is this with any browser or just IE?

Have you attempted to download the tools to a different computer and transfer via CD?

How are you getting to this site?

I would suggest that you first try this: ( using a different computer to download and transfer.....)

* Please download TDSSKiller to your Desktop
* Extract its contents to your Desktop so that you have TDSSKiller.exe directly on your Desktop and not in any subfolder of the Desktop.
* Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bold command into Run box and hit Enter.

"%userprofile%\Desktop\TDSSKiller.exe" -l C:\TDSSKiller.txt -v

* Follow the instructions to type in "delete" when it asks you what to do when if finds something.
* When done, a log file should be created on your C: drive called "TDSSKiller.txt" please copy and paste the contents in your next reply.

Then tell me if you can use your browser. And if so, try running the procedures in the Read and Run First Instructions.
