Cant access 2nd hard drive.

    Just did a clean install to Windows 7 pro 64 bit from the 32 bit version because of stubborn viruses..
    Did a backup of everything, put it on my second hard drive and now I can't access it. (Along with my portable USB one.) Comes up with the error message H:\ is not accessible.
    How can I fix this?
