Hello, I am not sure if I am posting in the right venue. I recently got a new desktop and am trying to efile our tax return. When I click on the link it gives me the "can't access" screen, I can access it from the work desktop so I am thinking something just is not clicked on/off. I pasted the link into my browser and it still will not connect. Does anybody know what I need to do to access this? I did update the graphics driver, I cleared out the temp files and all that happy stuff, I do not know what else to check. Thank yous for your help, I appreciate it!

    Some info please, OK?

Operating System? Browser you're using? Can you access other web sites on this machine?
    Wireless or Ethernet connection?

What do you get when you go to this site?

So sorry to have left out details! I have Win 7 64 bit and use Internet explorer primarily. I can access everything else I try, just not this particular link. My desktop connection is thru the cable company, I do have a netbook and a tablet but am trying to access this thru the desktop. Does this info help?

Yes, thanks for the additional info. :)

I'll repeat: What do you get when you go to this site?

What is the site? I'd like to go there myself, see what they may have going on.

Also, it is a good idea to have two browsers on a machine. Can you install another one and try the site with that? Firefox is a good choice...

Yes I am able to access that link. I am trying to access "free fillable forms" on IRS.gov. I still cannot. I will try another browser, thank you! I got Chrome from Adobe, I will try that first.

The page uses Javascript, but nothing too complex about it.
