Can't access antispyware sites, updates, etc.

Starting just yesterday I have not been able to access updates on any anti virus software I have and I cannot access any anti virus websites! I know I have a virus of some kind and I searched all over the posts. Some people have had this issue before and say that spyware doctor can fix it but you need to download the updates, everytime I try it won't let me access their server. This is the same thing for every major anti virus program. Someone recommended that I use combofix.exe I did and it did not fix the problem but did create a nice log in which I am hoping someone can figure out the source of the problem. Please help! I will forever be in your debt!

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
