    Welcome to Major Geeks!

I'm sorry but you will probably have to post in the Software Forum. You are not having malware problems. Your logs are clean. What makes you think your problem is related to malware? Many crashes having nothing to do with malware.

Have you tried a Startup Repair?
Have you tried a System Restore?

Sorry for posting in wrong thread, I just red some posts here that are related to my problem. Yes, I have tried Startup repair and it didn't work. System restore is a thing that i can't use, because it says that my computer is in limited diagnostic state. I was thinking to reinstall windows, but couldn't start the setup from USB. I also can't access my desktop in any mode.

Do you get any error messages when you try to startup? If yes, give me the exact word for word error message?

    How far do you get?

When I turn on my computer, windows starts to load (but they can't work properly) so it directly goes to startup repair and starts to fix it. However, it changes nothing. I have attached the picture what it says after repair is "done". After that I can go to system recovery options, but that's all what I have reached so far.

When you ran FRST, did you use a Windows 7 Bootable DVD or did you just use the build in Advanced Boot Menu?

Did you see the following options:
And did you try the System Restore from this prompt?

I'm not sure if I answer it correctly, but I ran FRST from my usb with command promt . I used notepad to check my disk name and then I typed g:\frst.

    Yes, I can see following options, but these actually are;

    Startup repair
    System restore
    System image recovery
    Windows memory diagnostic
    Command prompt

Yes, I have used startup repair from this list, but same thing happens as repair starts when windows are turned on.

Yes but what about System Restore from this menu?

If I choose system restore from this menu, it says that no restore points have been created. I have attached picture for this. After that I click on system protection and it says that my computer is running in a limited diagnostic state and in this state it is not possible to restore operation.

Okay then since you have no restore points you may have had system restore turned off. Still looks like you need to try the Software Forum. I could give you something to try with FRST to remove some recent files you installed including KMplayer and PANDORA.TV and DivX but this will probably not correct your problems. I can also add a step in the FRST to repair the master boot record just in case it has been corrupted but again, I cannot see any signs that would say this will help.

Would you like to try what I said above with FRST? My next suggestion will be try the Software Forum and possibly a reinstall will be needed.

Also what is the below stuff which is also new?
    Code:
    2013-08-17 05:03 - 2013-08-17 05:03 - 00000000 ____D C:\ProgramData\RoedeOrdboeger
    2013-08-17 05:02 - 2013-08-17 05:02 - 00001210 _____ C:\Users\Public\Desktop\Gyldendals Røde Ordbøger.lnk
    2013-08-17 05:01 - 2013-08-17 05:01 - 00000000 ____D C:\Program Files (x86)\Gyldendal
    2013-08-17 04:56 - 2013-08-17 04:58 - 175385568 _____ (Gyldendalske Boghandel A/S ) C:\Users\saras\Downloads\engelsk-setup.exe

Hey, thank you for all your answers and suggestions. Well, I could use these suggestions with frst, but if you say that it could hardly help, so im not sure then.

This stuff is danish-english dictionary, which I have downloaded the day computer crashed or the day before that.

I would be totally fine with reinstalling windows, I have burned windows CD and I have also tried to start reinstall it , but I actually can't find the way to do that. I mean, I insert DVD disc (with windows burned there), but what should I do next? I can't find any of f buttons to help me.

    You're welcome.
Well the only one that may have an effect would be the fixing of the MBR ( Master Boot Record ) just in case yours was broken.

You can ask for help with a reinstall in the Software Forum. It needs to be a bootable DVD. Not sure where you downloaded Windows from but the you needed to create a DVD that can be use to boot from. Again a topic for the Software Forum.

You may not even need one, you may have a factory partition on your harddrive that you can reimage from. Don't forget that this will put the PC back into the state it was when you first got it. All your files/data will be gone.
