Can't Access "network & Internet" Settings In Normal Mode W10

A failed W10 update/feature install created a host of problems, all but one of which have been solved. My remaining issue is:

When I try to access the "Network & Internet" section of Settings in normal mode, Settings just quits. However, it works just fine in safe mode.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
