Can't activate Remote desktop and anotha ?

    I use remote desktop many time through out my day.
    Question #1
    My laptop can connect to my two ther desktops but I can't connect to my laptop and my two desktop can conncet to eachother. But on my laptop when u right click my computer-->properties--> Remote, the box for enabling connecting to ur workstation isn't availble on my laptop. Why?

    Question #2
    Is it possible to connect to my desktop with out having a password. For example if I don't have a password activated then it says something along the lines of "Unable to log user because of account restrictions" So the I have to go back to my desktop and add a password then it weorks.

    probly because remote desktop is only avaible in xp pro, and server 2003.
