Can't 'Add or Remove Programs'

What is likely to be wrong when it is impossible to remove programs from 'Add or Remove Programs' in the control panel? There isn't a button to do this, as there has always been when I use the tool.

I'm currently running through the malware removal steps, and cant get over this hurdle.

Want to remove Super Anti-Spyware in particular, went to C/Program files, and cant fully delete the program.

From previous posts on this issue I gathered I should Run REGEDIT, and so I changed a view programs back, but the full list of programs did not exist for me to complete the process.

Should I use system restore?

This doesn't sound like a malware issue. I would suggest you post in the software forum. If you think this is a malware problem, then just carry on with the instructions and attach the requested logs.
